IO OC Carmen Marquez

My new IO OC, and it's a human being. Her name is Carmen Marquez.

She's from San Francisco which is where Riley recently lives. Her life isn't as happy is Riley's is. She had tough relationship with her parents, gets bothered in school, hardly has any friends, etc.
She was considered a bully at Riley's school, until the two met, they both learned to understand each other and became new BFFs ever sense. And they both have a lot of things in common. Unlike Riley, Carmen's emotions are all female and they look a lot like her (hence the top of the drawing, above her name).
